Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz and other officials have repeatedly said the $85 million Towson Square project is based on many aspects of downtown Bethesda and Bethesda Row. Tiger’s Return Means Big Ticket Sales – On Friday afternoon, Tiger Woods announced he will return from injury to play in this week’s Quicken Loans National at Congressional Country Club.
