DETROIT (AP) — General Motors could be facing another government fine for delaying a recall. A House panel produced a 9-year-old email this week from a GM employee warning about a potential safety problem in 2006 Chevrolet Impalas. GM didn’t recall the cars until this week. The email itself isn’t enough to trigger a fine, but customers also lodged similar complaints on a regulatory database.
