Child, 7, dead; 2 more hurt in Baltimore fire

BALTIMORE (AP) — Fire officials in Baltimore say a 7-year-old boy is dead and an 8-year-old boy is in critical condition after a row house fire.

Officials say a 4-year-old girl was treated and released.

The fire was reported at about 1:30 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of North Bruce Street.

Fire officials say three adults who were in the home escaped unharmed.

Officials say someone dropped the little girl out of a second-floor window to safety.

Once firefighters got inside, they say they found the two other children.

Officials say 7-year-old Sean McCullough died at a hospital.
