Father’s Day ceremony planned for Vietnam memorial

WASHINGTON (AP) — Hundreds of people are expected at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington for an annual ceremony on Father’s Day.

Sunday’s ceremony will honor fathers who died as a result of the Vietnam War.

Organizers plan to place roses at the memorial to honor those killed in action.

The names of more than 58,000 men and women who were killed or remain missing in action are inscribed on the wall.
