Missing 12-year-old girl found

Police say Kariah Shepherd has been found and is in good health.

WASHINGTON — D.C. police officers are looking for 12-year-old, Kariah Shepherd, who was last seen along the 4200 block of 6th Street in Southeast on Friday.

Shepherd is described as a black girl, 5’6″ tall and weighing 125 pounds. She has brown eyes, and the sides of her head are shaved in a Mohawk-style haircut.

Anyone with information related to Shepherd’s whereabouts should call the Metropolitan Police Department at (202) 727-9099, Youth Investigations Division at (202) 576-6768, or 911.
