Man charged with indecent exposure in Frederick

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — A man has been charged with indecent exposure after Frederick police say an officer saw him masturbating in a park outside Frederick Memorial Hospital.

Police say 56-year-old Daniel Buswell was arrested on Saturday evening after the officer observed him. Buswell was sitting at a picnic table in Hospital Park.

Police say the officer also recovered two bags of “spice,” or synthetic marijuana. Buswell was also charged with drug possession.
