Fire damages apartment building in Glen Burnie

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Authorities say a fire at an apartment complex in Glen Burnie has displaced 23 people.

Officials say they were called around 2:30 p.m. Sunday to the 7500 block of Furnace Branch Road. When firefighters arrived they saw fire showing through the roof. It took about an hour to get the fire under control.

No one was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
