PORTSMOUTH, Va. (AP) — A former youth minister has pleaded guilty to charges related to sexual contact with underage girls who were involved in the church’s youth ministry.

Thirty-year-old Brian M. Norris entered the plea to two felony counts of indecent liberties Thursday in Portsmouth Circuit Court.

Norris was the former youth and singles minister at Portsmouth’s Western Branch Baptist Church.
