Crisp leaves with neck soreness

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Oakland Athletics center fielder Coco Crisp is having neck issues again.

Crisp was replaced defensively in the bottom of the sixth inning in Tuesday night’s game against Tampa Bay due to neck soreness. He was making his fourth straight start since missing seven games with a neck strain.

Craig Gentry took over Crisp, who had two doubles in four at-bats before departing.
