3 taken to hospital after Md. crash involving bus

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Officials say a tour bus and two cars were involved in a crash on a roadway in Maryland but there don’t appear to be any serious injuries.

The Maryland State Police says it happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday on the ramp from westbound Route 50 to northbound I-97.

The drivers of both of the cars as well as a passenger from the tour bus were taken to a hospital. Police say it does not appear their injuries are serious. Police say the tour bus was carrying 30 people including the driver and that all the vehicles involved in the crash remained upright.

Police did not say what led to the crash. It is now under investigation.
