BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Continuing to be one of the most active teams in the NFL draft, the Browns moved up into the third round and selected Towson State running back Terrance West on Friday night.

The Browns traded a fourth-round pick (No. 106) and sixth-rounder (No. 180) to San Francisco and grabbed West with the No. 94 overall selection. The powerfully built 5-foot-9, 225-pounder rushed for 2,509 yards and 41 touchdowns last season.

West rushed for 354 yards vs. Eastern Illinois during the playoffs.

The Browns have made four trades in this year’s draft, including three in the first round.
