Prince George’s police arrest bank robbery suspect

WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police arrested a man suspected of robbing a Seat Pleasant, Maryland bank Thursday.

Police arrested Phillip Ivan Ramone Randall, 47, Thursday night after stopping a vehicle that matched one used in the robbery.

During questioning, police say Randall admitted taking part. They say they also linked money stolen during the robbery to him.

Earlier police had released a video from the 9 a.m. bank robbery in the 5800 block of Martin Luther King Junior Highway. The suspect in the robbery gave a teller a note demanding cash. The teller complied, and the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
