Pathways to Housing DC (Pathways DC) is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to ending chronic homelessness in Washington, DC. We move individuals who are homeless and coping with serious mental illnesses, co-occurring substance-abuse disorders, and other medical challenges off the streets and into permanent, safe, and supportive housing.
