Congress Heights Community Training & Development Corporation (CHCTDC) is proud to be celebrating 26 years of service to the areas of Washington, DC, East of the River, Anacostia and Congress Heights. CHCTDC was founded to improve the quality of life of these communities by promoting self-sufficiency through educational opportunities, vocational training, job placement and affordable housing. CHCTDC has continued this mission over the years by creating a strong workforce development program and training thousands of DC residents for employment. Through our community partnerships, we are able to provide comprehensive case management services to our participants, including housing assistance and life skills courses, alongside our educational and vocational training. We are actively engaged in economic development through business development, entrepreneurial training and financial management.
