Operating 24/7/365, the Sterling Volunteer Rescue Squad (SVRS) provides emergency medical and rescue services to Eastern Loudoun County and the surrounding communities. With nearly 180 operational and administrative members, SVRS has been a part of the community for nearly 50 years.
