International Assocation of Fire Fighters Foundation

The IAFF Charitable Foundation supports IAFF members and their families in their time of need, promotes fire and burn prevention, advocates for fire fighter health and safety, and provides public education on how to prevent and recover from burn trauma. To accomplish that goal, the IAFF developed several worthy charities over the years: The Burn Fund, which improves the quality of life for burn survivors of all ages in North America; The Disaster Relief Fund, which provides immediate support to fire fighters and their families affected by a hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, and other disasters; The Fallen Fire Fighters Memorial, which honors fire fighters and emergency medical personnel killed in the line of duty; The W.H. “Howie” McClennan Scholarship Fund, which provides financial aid for college to children of fire fighters or paramedics killed in the line of duty; The John P. Redmond Fund, which protects the health and safety of fire fighters and paramedics by ensuring they have the right tools and education to do their jobs.
