Michael Stern, special to wtop.com

WASHINGTON — Officials are looking for help in identifying a man suspected of engaging in sexually explicit activities with a child.

The FBI asks anyone with information about the man, known only as John Doe 28, to come forward.

The FBI has helped the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children enhance images of the suspect. The videos were first recorded in November of 2012.

In the photos the man wears wire-framed glasses and a burgundy T-shirt. He’s white and thought to be in his 30s or 40s.

The FBI asks anyone with information on the suspect to submit a tip online or call 1-800-CALL-FBI.
