Five charged with burglarizing homes in Lake Ridge

WASHINGTON – Police in Prince William County have arrested five men and women on burglary charges connected to eight cases in the Lake Ridge area.

Police say the homes were broken into Feb. 7 and Feb. 10. In most cases, the homes were burglarized during the day and a rear sliding glass door was broken. A home in Triangle and another in Woodbridge were among the homes targeted.

Electronics, money, jewelry and firearms were reported stolen.

In addition to multiple counts of burglary, those arrested also face charges of grand larceny and attempted burglary.
