WASHINGTON — A D.C. man has been arrested in connection with a carjacking in Chevy Chase that occurred March 13.

David Joel Sutton, 18, of Northeast D.C., was found in a stolen car near the intersection of New York Avenue and Bladensburg Road in NE D.C. March 15, following a car chase with the U.S. Park Police.
