Trouble with tech? Obama does too

WASHINGTON — It’s not uncommon for adults to have a hard time using new technology — President Barack Obama is no exception.

Obama made a rookie mistake on Tuesday while attempting to use an iPad at a middle school in Maryland. He was visiting the school to announce the development of a program whose goal is to increase internet access for students across the country.

Obama played around with an iPad that students were using as a part of their curriculum. While he thought he was filming a video on the device, a student named Kevin proceeded to point out that the he forgot to press record.

“Oh, I haven’t been recording this whole time?” Obama asked, surprised.

He went on to explain that he thought Kevin had pressed record for him and after some help, he was able to actually capture the video.
