Plumbing issues at Frederick County high school

WASHINGTON – A Frederick County, Maryland, public school is dealing with some plumbing issues Tuesday morning.

The water at Middletown High School — located at 200 Schoolhouse Dr. in Middletown, Md. — appeared discolored and not drinkable Tuesday morning, according to school administrators.

The school handed out bottled water to the students while crews work to repair the problem.

The cafeteria and bathrooms are operating safely, administrators say.
