WASHINGTON – Police charged a Manassas, Va. man with 10 charges after four people — two men and two women — were shot at a Manassas sports bar early Monday morning.
Jeremiah Eugene Pullen, 24, has been charged with four counts of aggravated malicious wounding, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, one count of shooting into an occupied dwelling and one count of shooting from a moving vehicle.
Pullen is being held without bond.
Prince William County police say they responded to 90 Degrees, located at 8509 Rixlew Lane, at about 2:20 a.m. for reports of a shooting.
When police arrived, they found the four victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
Emergency crews transported the victims to area hospitals. Three of the victims have been treated and released. The remaining victim, a woman, is hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
Officials say security removed Pullen from the bar at about 2 a.m. Once outside, he got into a vehicle and drove by the front of 90 Degrees and opened fire, striking the victims, police say.
Officers responded to the scene quickly and reported a description of the suspect’s vehicle to nearby agencies. A Manassas City police officer located the vehicle and detained Pullen following a traffic stop.
90 Degrees, also known as 90 Grados Restaurant, says it is a new, family-friendly restaurant with “top-notch Tex-Mex and international cuisine,” according to the business’ website.
