WASHINGTON – It’s that time of the year when many workers shut down their computers, say goodbye to the co-workers and throw away the last of the office cookies as they prepare for the holidays.
As many people make plans for their days off on Christmas Eve and Christmas, others in the area still have their noses to the grindstone.
