Killer engagement: Man proposes at haunted house (Video)

WASHINGTON – Zombies and hauntings don’t normally conjure images of romance and proposals, unless you’re Stephanie Hill and Nick Showman.

The Phoenix couple recently got engaged in a less than traditional way, WUSA9 reports.

Showman took Hill to Zombieland to supposedly celebrate National Haunted House Day. They ended up getting cornered by zombies on an abandoned bridge inside the funhouse. Suddenly, a zombie dropped from above, leaving a wedding engagement ring behind on its severed arm.

Hill said yes.
