In the esteemed tradition of “Mother-Son Date Knight,” the Chick-Fil-A at Westfield Montgomery Mall is offering a chance for dads and their daughters to catch up over waffle potato fries.

There are about 10 spots available for the store’s Daddy-Daughter Date Night, a reservation-only event with seatings available each hour on Monday, Oct. 14 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Much like the event’s forerunner, each pair will get a tray liner with questions and topics “to get the conversation started” and a book to take home with ideas for future outings and questions dads and daughters can ask each other.

“We understand the importance of father-daughter relationships and want to encourage dads to take a break from busy schedules, enjoy their daughter’s company over a meal and have fun,” franchise operator Robert Herold said in a press release.
