Police: Man shot during Prince George’s County home invasion

WASHINGTON – A man was in critical condition after authorities say two men broke into his Prince George’s County home and shot him early Friday morning.

Prince George’s County police say two men broke into a house near the intersection of Good Luck Road and 100th Avenue in Lanham, Md., at about midnight. The man in the house was shot during the break-in, according to officials.

Emergency crews transported the man to an area hospital in critical condition.

Authorities are investigating. They say they are searching for two African-American men.
