WASHINGTON — Meet Bob the cat.

He wandered onto ex-President George W. Bush’s Crawford, Texas ranch and into the hearts of the former first family, according to Instagram:

Bush followers have already taken a liking to the feline.

” That’s the way to do it!! Rescuing. It’s funny how they sometimes choose us rather than us choosing them!” writes Instagram user kkusmier.

“Hi bob…you hit the lottery with your new home. Miss you, mr president,” writes dianamarrone.

There is no word on how the other ranch residents feel about Bob’s addition.
