$1 million lottery ticket sold in Baltimore

WASHINGTON – Someone won a million dollars Monday night, but so far they’ve been laying low.

Maryland lottery officials say that there was a $1 million winner in Monday night’s Multi-Match jackpot drawing. The winning ticket, they say, was bought at Charles Village Exxon, at 2500 N. Howard St. in Baltimore.

The winner hasn’t come forward yet, but when they do they’ll have the pleasant choice of a $1 million annuity and $700,000 in cash.

If that inspires you, lottery officials remind that Tuesday night’s Mega Millions jackpot is $85 million and Wednesday’s Powerball jackpot is up to $169 million.
