D.C. police seek missing 70-year-old woman

WASHINGTON – The Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a 70-year-old woman who has been missing since Friday.

Yvonne Little was last seen Friday night at about 11 in the 800 block of Whittier Place Northwest, the police say.

The police describe Little as black; about 5 feet, 2 inches tall; about 180 pounds, with a medium complexion and a short salt-and-pepper Afro. She was last seen wearing a royal blue shirt, navy blue pants and purple shoes, and she may be in need of her medication.

The police ask anyone with information about Little’s whereabouts to call them at 202-727-9099 or 911.
