Back ups on Md. Rt. 32

WASHINGTON – Drivers experienced delays on Md. Rt. 32 through Wednesday morning.

The delays were on westbound Md. Rt. 32 from I-97 to Fort Meade.

There is no specific traffic issue causing the back up, but a military judge said she’ll announce at a Fort Meade courtroom on Wednesday the sentence for Army Pfc. Bradley Manning, who gave reams of classified information to WikiLeaks.

A WTOP listener reported heightened security on the roadway.
