Silver Alert for Baltimore County man

WASHINGTON – A Silver Alert has been issued in Baltimore County.

Louis Michael Ray is 87-years-old, black, weighs about 150 pounds and is 6 feet tall. He is bald and has brown eyes.

Ray was last scene on Windsor Mill Boulevard in Woodlawn, Md. He was driving a blue 2010 Lexus EX350 with Maryland plates 7FXD54. He was also wearing a green jacket and a beige polo shirt. Ray was wearing a green jacket and a beige polo shirt.
