WASHINGTON – Breaking up is hard to do. But with a new app, ending a relationship with a significant other just got a little easier.

The Breakup Text app, released on iTunes Saturday, allows users to compose a text that ends the relationship in a few easy steps.

“No more awkward conversations or phone calls,” the app’s description says. “With Breakup Text, you can end your relationship in just a few taps.”
