Severe weather causes flash flood warning, power outages

WASHINGTON – The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for Northern Montgomery County and central Howard County in Maryland until 12 a.m. Sunday.

These areas are experiencing power outages as of 11 p.m.

  • PEPCO: 450
  • Potomac Edison: 350
