D.C. police: Missing man has been found

D.C. police say Ross has been located.

WASHINGTON – D.C. police have issued a Silver Alert for a 69-year-old man who may have trouble communicating.

Police say James Ross was last seen Tuesday about 11 a.m. as he got off the D-34 Metrobus at the corner of North Capitol Street and H Street NW.

Ross is described as a black man, about 5-foot-2 or 5-foot-3, weighs about 125 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing khaki shorts, a white T-shirt and black, horn-rimmed glasses.

He may be caring a gray lunch box.

Anyone who has seen Ross or know where he may be is asked to call police at 202- 727-9099 or the Youth Investigations Division at 202-576-6768, or 911.
