Man hula-hoops 100-pound tractor tire (Video)

WASHINGTON – Kids, don’t try this at home.

Paul Blair has mastered the fine art of hula-hooping a 100-pound tractor tire. CBS News reports the man nicknamed “Dizzy Hips” holds two marks in the Guinness Book of World Records, including one for a feat like the stunt in the video below.
