Teen stabbed in the Herndon area

WASHINGTON – A teen was stabbed in the Herndon area early Wednesday morning, Fairfax County police say.

Police say in a news release that the stabbing happened shortly after 2 a.m. in the 2100 block of Astoria Avenue.

Officers say the 17-year-old was stabbed following an argument that happened while he was attending a party at the house.

Police did not release any more information and say the incident is under investigation.
