Man Convicted of Sex Assault and Burglaries Sentenced to Life In Prison — Kevin Darnell Ray, 34, of Fort Washington on Monday was sentenced to life in prison plus 220 years for forcing his way into a Bethesda home, sexually assaulting a housekeeper and tying up two residents at gunpoint in January 2012. Circuit Court Judge David A. Boynton said Ray has no chance at rehabilitation. Ray has other charges pending in area courts including armed carjacking, rape, assault and bank robbery.
