It’s going to happen when the Children’s Chorus of Washington(CCW) Ensemble sets off for China on a 10‐day tour with concert activities scheduled in Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, and Tianjin. The tour marks the world premiere of a work by Emmy Award-winning composer Nathan Wang (DreamWorks, Jackie Chan, Disney film scores) commissioned by CCW. The new piece will have its World Premiere on Friday, July 12th at the Children’s Chorus of Washington’s China Tour Special Send-off Concert at 7:00pm at Metropolitan Memorial United Methodist Church, 3401 Nebraska Ave. NW,. Concert is FREE and open to the public.
