Lord & Taylor Sues To Stop White Flint Mall Redevelopment

The Washington Business Journal is reporting Lord & Taylor filed suit in federal court on Monday to stop White Flint Mall’s owners from rebuilding the site into a planned mixed-use development. The New York-based department store says tearing down the mall would violate a 1975 agreement with the mall that brought it to Rockville Pike. [Washington Business Journal]
