Weekly Crime Report: June 10 to June 18

This week’s 2nd District crime summary is short, though a few thefts and burglaries were reported across the area:

Four thefts from vehicles occurred in residential neighborhoods along the DC border. Incidents occurred overnight and three of the vehicles were entered without signs of force. Cash and loose items were taken. Streets affected included: Belvoir Drive, Jamestown Road, and Flint Drive in Bethesda.

A residential burglary occurred in the 4900 block of Battery Lane in Bethesda between Friday, 6/14 and Saturday, 6/15. No forced entry; property taken.

An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 11900 block of Bargate Court in North Bethesda between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 6/11. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.
