Get ready to bring your pooch to work

WASHINGTON – If you see some furry friends at work Friday, they’re probably there because it’s ” Take Your Dog to Work Day.”

No offense cat people, but bringing dogs to the office can benefit the company.

The Humane Society of the United States reports a 2010 study from Central Michigan University found dogs at work can lower absenteeism rates and improve relationships between coworkers.
