Carter’s Run for Dandy-Walker is being held on May 19th at Ashburn Elementary School in Ashburn, Virginia. The 5K run/walk also includes a Family Fun Fest featuring moonbounces, face painting, food trucks, a performance by The Great Zucchini and other family-friendly activities.

This is the second year the Zimmerman Family has organized this event in honor of their son, Carter. All of the proceeds benefit The Dandy-Walker Alliance, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that strives to promote research and awareness of this congenital brain malformation.
