Southwest lets Boston passengers reschedule

WASHINGTON – After the bombings in Boston, some airlines are letting passengers reschedule and are waiving change fees.

Southwest Airlines is letting passengers reschedule their flights.

Through Wednesday, Southwest says customers with reservations to or from Boston can reschedule.

Customers who did not buy a ticket through Southwest can call 1-800-435-9792.

Virgin America, United Airlines, American Airlines and Delta Air Lines are waiving change fees for all guests traveling through Boston until Wednesday.

Meanwhile, those flying through Boston Logan International should be able to proceed as usual. The airport closed for a short time after the bombings.
