Plant a Row for the Hungry

Plant_a_row_for_the_hungry.jpg

Before planting this year’s vegetable garden, plan to plant an extra row or extra container and donate the surplus you harvest to help feed the hungry. Johnson’s Florist will help you get started by giving you supplies such as seeds, peat plus, and fertilizer to help feed the hungry. When you harvest your bounty, bring what you cannot use to Johnson’s Florist and they’ll take it to a local food bank or other organization that feeds the hungry.

All fruits, herbs, and vegetables are accepted. NO amount is too small. It all adds up! For more information on the Plant a Row Program visit www.johnsonsflorist.com
