Arizona man wins bet, to name son after RG3

WASHINGTON – After the Washington Redskins took on the rival Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving and won 38-31, Redskins fans rejoiced.

It’s possible, though, that no one celebrated as much as Tucson, Ariz., resident Emanuel Vega, who won a bet with his pregnant girlfriend thanks to RG3 throwing for 311 yards.

The prize? Vega now gets to name their firstborn son “Robert Griffin Vega,” reports The Washington Post’s Dan Steinberg.

If the Cowboys had come back to win the game, Vega instead would have been introducing the world to “Austin Miles Vega.”
