Former Hook & Blue Ridge chef Barton Seaver leaving D.C.

Barton Seaver, former chef at Hook and Blue Ridge, is leaving D.C. to lead the Healthy and Sustainable Food Program at the Center for Health and the Global Environmental at the Harvard School of Public Health, The Washington Post reported.

Seaver will be moving into a full-time position at the school to expand his role in seafood conservation and public health.
