2 missing teens found in Leesburg, 1 still missing

WASHINGTON – UPDATE: Authorities say Evelyn Diaz and Stephanie Thomas have been found and are safe, but they are still looking for 14-year-old Zandi Englebrecht.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office says Evelyn and Stephanie were both found in Leesburg Tuesday night. They were not together at the time but had been previously staying with each other in Leesburg.

Anyone with information about the location of Zandi – described as white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, about 135 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes – is asked to call the sheriff’s office at (703) 777-0745.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office says the three teen girls were last seen in the area of Meadowview Court in Leesburg when they left a county facility on Jan. 9.

Evelyn Diaz, 14, is described as a Hispanic female. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall, 104 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Stephanie Thomas, 16, is a white female. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall, 125 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Zandi Englebrecht, 14, is a white female. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
