Delays expected near Walter Reed Tuesday afternoon

WASHINGTON – Increased security measures at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center along Rockville Pike could significantly impact traffic Tuesday afternoon.

The delays near the medical center are expected between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. and could include intermittent road closures. Anyone traveling in the area should plan accordingly.
