Police say David Johnathan Scherr was last seen Dec. 19 near the University of Maryland campus in College Park. He was wearing a purple Baltimore Ravens shirt and white plaid shorts.

Police say Scherr may be driving a black 2013 Ford Escape with Maryland tags 3AX4875.

Anyone with information about Scherr’s location is asked to call police at (301) 699-2601.
