WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama’s special moment with the infant granddaughter of a Sandy Hook school massacre victim has been shared with the world.

Today reports that Obama met with victims’ family members before speaking at Sunday’s interfaith vigil in Newtown, Conn., and a daughter of murdered principal Dawn Hochstrung tweeted out a photo of her baby being held by the president.

“My mom would be SO proud to see President Obama holding her granddaughter,” Cristina Hassinger wrote. “But not as proud as I am of her.”
